YOUR CHALLENGE AT WIRE
As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for generating qualified pipeline through structured outbound engagement. You are the first commercial touchpoint and play a key role in identifying real business risk, qualifying opportunities, and positioning Wire effectively.
- Execute outbound prospecting across target accounts
- Run structured multi-channel sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn) with persistence
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context and next steps
- Engage senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of IT) on topics like security, compliance, and sovereignty
- Identify and validate key use cases (e.g. GDPR, crisis communication, shadow IT replacement)
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and track activities and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and lead follow-up
- Continuously refine outreach based on performance and feedback
YOUR PROFILE
1+ years experience as SDR, outbound sales, or high-activity customer-facing roles
Proven track record of hitting activity and meeting targets
Strong cold outreach experience (especially phone)
Experience with multi-channel prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
Fluent in English and German
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, or IT-related topics
- Experience selling into regulated industries (e.g. public sector, finance, legal, or critical infrastructure)
- Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, BANT, or similar
